Orders will not be shipped until payment has been fully approved and received.
Some payments are processed instantly, while others may take 3-5 business days, depending on your bank.
Please note: Just because the payment has been deducted from your bank account does not mean we have received it yet. We will begin processing your order once payment is officially cleared.
Shipping Method & Costs
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, which includes insurance for added protection.
The shipping cost of $10.60 reflects USPS’s pricing for their insured packaging. This rate is determined by USPS and not our business.
Processing & Delivery

While we carefully package all orders to ensure they arrive safely, Unbothered Cosmetics is not responsible for any damages or issues caused by USPS.
If your package arrives damaged, you will need to file a claim directly with USPS, as they provide insurance on all Priority Mail shipments. You can start a claim on their website or visit your local post office.
We do not issue refunds or replacements for damaged or lost packages.
