Shipping Policy – Unbothered Cosmetics

Processing & Shipping Schedule

All orders are processed and shipped on
Fridays only. Orders placed before 11:00
AM on Friday may be shipped the same day. Orders placed after that time will be shipped the following Friday. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number.


Shipping Method & Rate

All orders are shipped through USPS Priority Mail in a 9 x 5 x 12.5 bubble mailer.

Shipping is a flat rate of $12.80 for all orders, regardless of order size. These are USPS shipping rates, not rates set by Unbothered Cosmetics.

Packaging

All products are packaged carefully to help protect your order during transit. Unbothered Cosmetics takes the time to make sure items are properly packed before shipment.

However, once your package is accepted by USPS, we are not responsible for any damage caused by the postal service during transit or delivery.

Correct Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for making sure all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout.

Please make sure:

1.Your name and shipping address are correct

2. Apartment, unit, suite, and building numbers are included if needed

3. Your order details are correct before submitting your purchase

4. We ship only to the address entered at checkout.

5. No changes can be made once an order is placed.

6. If the wrong address is entered, your order will still be shipped exactly as provided.

Delivery Responsibility

Once your tracking number has been provided, Unbothered Cosmetics is no longer responsible for your package under any circumstances.

We do not file claims at all, replace orders, resend orders, or issue refunds for packages that are:

1. Lost

2. Stolen

3. Marked as delivered

4. Delivered to the wrong address

5. Delayed by USPS

6. Damaged during transit or delivery by USPS.

7. Missing after delivery

8. Sent back due to an address error entered by the customer.

It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking, make sure the shipping address is correct, provide a secure delivery location, and contact USPS directly for any delivery issues.

USPS Delays & Transit Issues

Unbothered Cosmetics is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, weather, holidays, high mail volume, routing issues, or any other postal service problems once the package has been shipped.

Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address entered by the customer, the customer will be responsible for paying any additional shipping cost to have the order resent.

Policy Agreement

By placing an order with Unbothered Cosmetics, you agree to all shipping policies listed above.

Checkout Notice

By placing your order, you agree that Unbothered Cosmetics is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, delayed, or misdelivered packages once your order has shipped and tracking has been provided.

 Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By placing an order with Unbothered Cosmetics, you agree to all policies listed on our website.

Any attempt to file a chargeback or payment dispute for an order that has been processed and/or shipped will be contested with proof, including:

Tracking information

Delivery confirmation

Our store policies

We reserve the right to deny future orders from customers who attempt to dispute valid charges.
