📦 When will my order ship?
All orders are shipped on Fridays only.
Orders placed before 11 AM on Friday may ship the same day. Orders placed after will ship the following Friday.
🚚 What shipping do you use?
We ship via USPS Priority Mail with a flat rate of $12.80. This includes faster delivery and insurance.
📍 Can I change my address after ordering?
No. Once your order is placed, no changes can be made.
Please double check your address before checking out.
🚨 My package says delivered but I didn’t get it
Once tracking shows delivered, we are no longer responsible for the package.
You must contact USPS directly to locate or file a claim.
📦 Do you replace lost or stolen packages?
No. We do not replace or refund lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.
📦 What if my package is damaged?
We package all orders carefully.
However, we are not responsible for damage caused by USPS during shipping.
⏳ My package is delayed, what do I do?
Shipping delays are controlled by USPS.
Please contact USPS directly for updates.
💳 Can I dispute a charge with my bank?
No. By placing an order, you agree to our policies.
Any chargebacks will be disputed with proof including tracking and delivery confirmation.
